Come out and celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of the Brookhaven Farmers Market! Check out a demo from local chefs on how to make your own mozzarella! Shop the market for goods from Dillwood Farms, Mad Mamas, Happy Hogs, King of Pops and lots more. The Brookhaven Farmers market runs every Saturday from May 5-December 1, rain or shine.

Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts Festival

Chastain Park. Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Free.
The 3rd Annual Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts Festival will be held at Chastain Park this weekend. It will feature 175 local artists, food trucks, a kids area and music. This is a great event for parents, children and dogs alike, held along Park Drive in Chastain Park. A portion of the proceeds will go toward a scholarship fund for local artists.

Art-B-Que

Art-B-Que

Avondale Estates. Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.;  Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Free.
Head on down to Avondale Estates for Art-B-Que.  This two day festival features local artists, 18 different bands, food from local favorites Burnt Fork BBQ, Farm Burger, The Pup Truck and more.  There will also be a Pulled Pork BBQ Competition Saturday at noon.

A Damn Fine Derby Day

A Damn Fine Derby Day

H. Harper Station. Saturday, 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. $35. Limited Tickets Available.

Ladies and gents only, please. Don your finest and celebrate Derby style. Enjoy Mint Juleps and other Derby-esque cocktails with your two included drink tickets, partake in a Kentucky style buffet and watch the race on the giant big screens at 6pm. Preserve your stylish ensemble on film with a visit to the onsite photobooth.

Cinco de Spiral

Noche @ Town Brookhaven. Saturday, 2:00 p.m. $10 in advance, $20 at the door.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with delicious tacos and ice cold margaritas at Spiral Entertainment’s Annual Cinco de Spiral event. Take advantage of great drink specials and a Cinco de Mayo menu, along with live music from DJ Hakim and mariachi band performances. Partial proceeds benefit JDRF. For the sixth year, Fiesta Atlanta hopes to be the largest Cinco de Mayo celebration in the southeast. A celebration of Latino culture and heritage, the event features countless live musical performances, Mexican folk dancing, a 5K race, youth soccer displays, arts and crafts, international foods, and tons of free promotional products!
