Fresh off the heels of 2013’s PPAI Las Vegas Expo, I have a lot of fun finds to share. I made it a point to visit the UV Promo booth. I was intrigued by the fashion and functional aspect of their designs.
I met with Paul Peterson, CEO of UV Promo. He mentioned that the company started out with one product, the Pro Tek Sunshade. This genius product is made from a breathable fabric that has a certified rating of UPF 50+. This means the sunshade will block 97.5% of the sun’s UV rays! The construction is simple, a piece of fabric that fits around you neck that will connect to headwear with two clips.
It has great flexibility- the sunshade can work with all types of hats, materials and brim sizes. The sunshade can be decorated with a full color imprint, up to 5” x 5” included in the standard price! This is the perfect walking billboard! And you are protecting the end user from harmful rays while they promote your message!
