Posted on September 4th, 2012

When touring one of the local industry tradeshows last week, I discovered the Phone Charging case.

Now, as you may or may not know, my product picks are usually cute or fashion driven. This week is an exception because it is so handy and utilitarian. The Phone Charging Case protects your prized possession AND adds up to 60% more battery life!

Megan’s Product Pick of the Week: The Gourmet Trio

Posted on August 14th, 2012

Everyone that knows me well is aware that I love to eat. And eating on the go has become a way of life, especially when you have a 2 year old in tow. The Gourmet Trio is perfect- made of food grade silicone with a snap on lid; you are free to carry your meal with ease. This “lunch box” is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. The 3 compartments are perfect for organizing your entrée, veggies and a dessert.

The Gourmet Trio comes in five mod colors, making it fun to tote your grub. They even include a sporknife that fits in the lid! And did I mention that the Gourmet Trio is collapsible? If you are in need for a snack container or for your famous chili, check out The Gourmet, a 1 compartment lunch box.

Megan’s Product Pick of the Week: The Ladies Crosshatch Ruffle Shirt

Posted on August 7th, 2012

When selecting new products to add to our site for autumn, I came across the Ladies Crosshatch Ruffle Easy Care Shirt. I was very surprised to see a bit of a more fashionable style for corporate apparel. This blouse has a feminine feel to it with the ruffled y-shape neckline, front and back darts and pearlized buttons. The ¾ length sleeves will allow you to accessorize nicely with your favorite watch or stack of bracelets. The Ladies Crosshatch Blouse is made from 60/40 cotton/poly making it washable. Say goodbye to the dry cleaner!

This blouse would be a great uniform choice for outside sales representatives and women in the hospitality or finance industries. A tonal embroidery would look great on the chest or cuff. Available in five beautiful shades, you are sure to find one that matches your brand. My favorite one is the Grape Harvest; this perfect shade of purple would look great with a pair of grey trousers or a tweed skirt.

Megan’s Product Pick of the Week: Boxy Tees

Posted on July 24th, 2012

I currently in love the look of an easy relaxed flowy t-shirt in a bright color with skinny jeans or cutoffs. Great to layer with a tank underneath in a contrasting color, you easily have the look of color blocking which is so 2012. And the solid color is the perfect backdrop for an amazing summer weight scarf or statement necklace. The Bella Flowy Draped Dolman Tee is elegant and modern at the same time.

Megan’s Product Pick of the Week: The Glitter “Eye” Ball

Posted on June 26th, 2012

Having been in the Industry for over a year now, it takes a really unique product to catch my eye. Mugs, journals, reusable totes and pens all have their place in the world, but most are not super exciting. I mean, a cinch pack is usually just a cinch pack, right? Yawn.

Megan’s Product Pick: Mini Stripes!

Posted on June 19th, 2012

Now that summer 2012 is fully underway, it is time to think about clothing that you can wear on vacation. I am fully into the nautical trend this year, and love the look for men and women alike. One of my favorite nautical staples is the stripe. I think stripes are classically cool and can be flattering when styled right.

The mini stripe is a pattern that can be worn by just about anyone. Since the stripes are subtle, they will not enhance any flaws. So, you can be on trends wearing stripes, but in a tasteful and forgiving way. I love these new tees; they have the right amount of classic and edge. A one-color logo screen print would look great on these!

The Men’s mini stripe notch tee: Made of 100% ring spun cotton, this tee is so soft to the touch! Choose from 3 classic stripe combinations. Love the contrast tipping around the v-neck too!

Back in April the Take a Seat was one of my product picks.

This past weekend I actually road tested it! I took my sample to the Party in the Park festival in Atlanta. First of all, the foldable design fit easily in my tote bag-so carrying it was a breeze!
