Personalizing Your Holiday Gifts

Are you looking to wow your clients or employees with a gift that shows them your gratitude? One of the hottest trends in gifting for 2012 is personalization! Who doesn’t enjoy seeing their name or initials on a gift? It can be as small as a pen with a laser engraved touch or as unique as a calendar with the recipients name in various monthly scenes 12 different times!

Every time the recipient uses their gift, they will think of you and how thoughtful you were. And chances are, they are more likely to keep that gift longer…so if you brand the item and personalize it with their initials, the impression factor is greater!

The possibilities are endless! Items that you can personalize include totes, writing instruments, fitness gear, blankets, technology cases and more! Contact your Account Team for more information on how to personalize your 2012 End of Year gifts.
Check out a few product picks that you can personalize:

Personalized Name Desk Calendar: This calendar is pretty amazing. Show your clients how fun you are by placing their name on a calendar! The recipient will see their name in 12 different settings…and your company logo will be featured in a four-color process design as well!

Happy Holidays '10
Creative Commons Licensephoto credit: pacmikey

An article published on Inc.com last week, “How Cinnamon Smells Will Save Holiday Sales,” discusses techniques for marketers to leverage the five senses to boost holiday sales this season. While the article is geared toward brick-and-mortar stores, the recommendations can be carried over into businesses hosted online, as well as service providers, with some slight adjustments. In particular, the advice given by author Eric Markowitz can enhance corporate holiday gifts and lead to more memorable, meaningful brand associations among your target audience.

Corporate Holiday Gifts: Shop Early this Year

‘Tis the season!

To start thinking about holiday gifts, that is. While the weather is still warm and balmy here in Georgia, the official start of fall means that the holiday season is only a few months away. This year, you don’t need to wait until the last minute to start thinking about corporate holiday gifts for clients and employees. In fact, we’re already in holiday mode here at Pinnacle. Although we haven’t broken out the decorations quite yet, we have started thinking about new and unique ways to recognize your valued business relationships this year. Some of the top trends for this year are:

  1. Digital, digital, digital – As iPads, e-readers and other technological toys increase in popularity on the retail market, digital accessories make increasingly relevant promotional gifts.
  2. Desktop deals – From pen sets to perpetual calendars, desktop items are functional and highly-valued products that often fit within a tighter budget.
  3. Holiday party handouts – Whether you throw a big bash or take an afternoon to celebrate the season at the office, giveaways such as apparel and drinkware items reinforce your appreciation long after the party ends.

Whether you’re interested in corporate holiday gifts that fit with the aforementioned themes or more traditional corporate gifts, your dedicated Account Team at Pinnacle is here to help. Not sure which gifts are best for your clients? Contact your Account Team today.

Corporate Holiday Gifts for Hanukkah

December is finally upon us which means people across America are counting down the days of shopping left til Christmas to buy presents for their loved ones and perhaps corporate holiday gifts for their clients and employees. But you’ve probably been well aware of its fast approach by the decorations that have been flocking store fronts for well over a month now. I had my first decoration sighting on October 30th this year. But if you don’t happen to be a part of the whopping 2% of the American population that call themselves Jews, you may not be aware that the annual gift-giving Jewish holiday Hanukkah (or Chanukah) is already well under way.

Yes tonight marks the third of the eight crazy nights that comprise this Festival of Lights. Commemorating the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem from the Maccabees in the 2nd century BCE and the miracle of one day’s worth of oil burning for eight straight, Hanukkah is actually a relatively minor Jewish holiday in terms of its religious significance. Its significance has mainly grown instead because of Jewish families wanting to prevent their children from feeling left out of Christmas gift giving.

We live in a so-called secular country so whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or Festivus you’re probably safest just sending politically correct “End-of-the-Year Holiday Gifts,” so no one has to feel left out.

Wishing a safe and happy holidays to all!
