“My most memorable Halloween was when my friends and I dressed up as fruit for our school parade. I went as grapes and there were purple balloons trailing everywhere!”

Sarah

My most memorable Halloween would probably be last year, because I made mine and my boyfriend’s costumes almost entirely by hand. We were He-Man and She-Ra and everyone thought I bought my costume instead of it being handmade, pretty successful for my first try at making something.”

Stephania

“My most memorable Halloween experience would have to be the year my dad made “techie” costumes for me and my older sister- I was a T.V. set and she was a remote control… The costumes looked great, but mine was made from an enormous cardboard box and was so unwieldy that I had trouble trick-or-treating in it. My dad ended up carrying around the box for most of the night!”

Dana

“My favorite Halloween experience was dressing up my 1 year old daughter as a Strawberry and the whole family going to the Louisville Zoo’s Halloween party. She loved holding her pumpkin out to get candy and seeing all the other kids in costume!”
