Pinnacle Promotions Holiday Contest Round Two

Eligibility: Pinnacle Promotions Holiday Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S Residents aged 18 and over as of date of entry.
Sweepstakes Period: The second round of the Sweepstakes begins November 1, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 13, 2012 at 11:59 Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter: Enter by visiting the Holiday Contest Tab at www.facebook.com/pinnaclepromotions. Enter your email address and favorite product and click “enter”. By entering, you are agreeing to these Official Rules. You may enter the Sweepstakes once every two weeks (each round), when the selection of prizes changes.
Winner Selection: Every two weeks (each round), one (1) winner will be selected to receive the prize that they have selected from the choices given. Prize will be unbranded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these official rules will not be rewarded. At the end of the Holiday Contest (the “Sweepstakes Period”), one additional winner will be awarded all seven (7) products, one (1) from each round of products. No substitutions allowed. All winners will be selected at random from entries that are received.
Participation: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Pinnacle Promotions (the “Sponsor”). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor. Should the Sweepstakes be compromised by reasons outside of the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on entries received prior to sweepstakes compromise. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any claims, injuries, losses or damages resulting from the participant’s participation in the promotion, the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email up to one (1) week after each round of product choices. One (1) grand prize winner will receive one product from each round and will be notified up to two (2) weeks after final round of Sweepstakes ends. Each winner must respond to the winner notification email within 48 hours.
Privacy Information: The information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Pinnacle Promotions’ Privacy Policy (https://www.pinnaclepromotions.com/privacy).
Sponsor: The “Pinnacle Promotions Holiday Contest” is sponsored by Pinnacle Promotions. The decisions of Sponsor regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for errors of any kind in as they relate to these Official Rules.
