Promotional Smartphone Travel Case to Protect Your Investment

Posted by Stephania on August 30th, 2010

gundy.org

I recently received the iPhone 4 as a birthday gift and it is my first venture into the world of smartphones. I have been using it as a resource tool and also for entertainment value. The first thing I looked for after receiving the phone was, of course, a protective case. Don’t want to throw all that money down the drain by dropping and shattering it everywhere. One of the nicest smartphone cases I have seen introduced into our industry of late,  is our Leather Smartphone Travel Case. This piece would work great for the traveling businessman or woman. It is sleek and professional and even includes a clip so you won’t lose your new baby. I don’t know how I lived so long without my iPhone.

Pop-Tarts World Abuzz with Sushi, Snack Packs and Company T Shirts

Posted by Sarah on August 27th, 2010

If you’ve never been a fan of sushi, it might be time to give it another try with a variety that doesn’t contain raw fish. Rather, Pop-Tarts Sushi, contains 3 varieties of Pop-Tarts flavors, which are crushed into tiny pieces, mixed together, and folded into Fruit Roll-Ups. Some people think this sounds delicious- while others call it down-right nasty- but either way, Pop-Tarts sushi and the new Pop-Tarts World are making a buzz in Times Square. The store, which opened earlier this month, aims to rebrand the breakfast treat as a fun snack for all ages. Main attractions include a 16 foot. vending machine that allows users to create their own Pop-Tarts variety pack, a sit-down restaurant, and a create-your-own Pop-Tarts company t shirts station. So far it’s only guaranteed in Times Square unitl January (at which point executives will determine whether or not it will become a permanent fixture), so hurry up and get your sugar rush!

‘Angry Birds’ iPhone App Inspires Promotional Toys and More

Posted by Kelsey on August 25th, 2010

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about a cool iPhone app called ‘Pilgrim’s Punch-Out’, inspired by the film (which was inspired by the graphic novel) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. This time, it’s the other way around: the popular ‘Angry Birds’ game app, which has sold over 6.5 million times downloads, aims to expand its franchise to movies, television, and even promotional toys.  Rovio, the Finnish company behind the hit game, plans to create sequels and more versions of the ‘Angry Birds’ game to keep customers engaged with its characters and storyline, according to Variety.  An animated YouTube trailer created to kick off this campaign (featured above) has over 5 million views, an encouraging statistic as the company moves forward in its brave endeavor.  As Rovio CEO told Variety Daily, “There will be a huge concentration of games coming to smart phones… We hope we can be the first major franchise to come from mobile” (Variety).

Finding just the right promotional pen

Posted by Stephania on August 20th, 2010

http://blog.indiraedu.com/

Working in the promotional industry, we get bombarded with new product samples regularly. Promotional pens are one of the most common products that we get to see a variety of styles and colors in. Personally I don’t need anything overly heavy or fancy like a brass executive pen. I prefer to have a promotional pen that writes well above all and is comfortable to hold when doing so. My favorite pen at the moment and has been since I received a sample, is the promotional Candy Pen. It looks simple and comes in three fun colors, but I swear this pen writes so well and is so lightweight I could write all day.

Custom Water Bottles: For Those Without Boxed Water

Posted by Kim on August 19th, 2010

bottled water

I personally never leave home without my custom water bottle. It’s my eco-friendly, every day staple. The 34 oz. bottle helps me get my 8 cups a day and the resilient plastic is great for being tossed onto the floorboard of my car.

While I have my favorite piece of promotional drinkware, many people across the country still rely on bottled water as their portable means of hydration.

Knowing the market for pure, filtered water is ever-growing, Boxed Water Is Better set out to develop a new form of bottled water that exceeded the norm for the bottled water industry – focusing on making the most efficient and environmentally-friendly product possible. The outcome of their labor of love? Boxed drinking water.
